All frame sizes are usually printed on the temple or the bridge of the frame
·   Eye size: this is the horizontal width in millimeter
·   Bridge size: this is the distance between the 2 lens in millimeter
·   Temple Size: it is the length of the temple, from one end to the other, including the bend.

Key considerations when choosing a frame

Frame is too wide When looking  straight ahead the  side of the frame should not be wider than the face Too wide frame will cause optical distortion when viewing from the side.
Frame is too narrow When looking  straight ahead the  side of the frame is shorter than the face Too narrow frames will limit peripheral vision
